WELCOME TO
THE SAVIOR'S CHAPEL
in Rochester, New York
"We want to welcome you to the webpages of The Savior's Chapel. Our desire is to introduce people everywhere to forgiveness, peace, and life in Jesus Christ. Take a look around. Drop us an email if you have any questions, and please come and visit!"
Dress Code
Our folks wear anything from jeans and t-shirts to coats and ties. We want you to be comfortable when you worship with us!
We are a community church with the desire to touch and transform lives through the power of Christ. Our doors and arms are open wide to all who would want to come and experience God in a new way. We're here for you.
We are members of the Christian and Missionary Alliance, a movement which began in 1887 and has now spread to seventy countries. We are propelled by the belief that Jesus Christ is the answer to people's deepest needs -- not religion, not the church, not a creed, but his living person. He brings compassionate healing to every broken area of our lives, and we are eagerly waiting for him to come back as he promised. In the meantime, we are working to help as many people to meet him as possible.

opportunity to enJOY together, so keep checking "Upcoming Events" to the right.

We've had fun field trips like summer pool parties, PolarWave Snowtubing, and the local icecream shop; and we also do community service projects together, like cleaning up the local park, or delivering cookies to the local ambulance corps and fire department.
Call the church office (621-1899) for more information.
" At the Savior's Chapel, every ministry's goal is to explain clearly the good news of Jesus Christ, to nurture with the Word of God, and to meet the needs in anyway that we can.

“The Apostle Paul gives us a wonderful example of how we can build bridges to people that we would like to share God’s message with. As we work our way through the book of Romans, our words need to be full of grace and seasoned with salt if we expect people to listen to the strong teachings that Paul gives to us.”
2. Building Bridges, 1,8to17.pdf
“Christians often wonder how we should live in a world that fights so strongly against Christianity and God’s moral standards. I am beginning a new series entitled, “How Now Shall We Live.” We will be using the book of Romans as our base text. In the introduction, just as the Apostle Paul was called to be certain things, we too are called. Let’s look together at what we are called to be.”
What God calls us to be 1,1to7.PDF
“As we look forward to this next year, the Apostle Paul tells us to ‘forget what’s behind and press on towards what is ahead.” What does that mean for us practically as we look forward to 2012. There are some very specific things that we need to forget, before we can move forward. Once we’ve forgotten what’s behind, what should we do to look ahead? Let’s take a look at that together.”
Forget it.pdf
“Every Christmas we try to look for the perfect gift for the people we love. We do our best to keep it a secret. God, on the other hand, gave the most perfect gift that will last us for eternity, and He didn’t hide it from us. He told us about this gift for centuries – we call them prophecies. We find that it is a virtual impossibility (without God’s intervention) for one person to fulfill over 400 prophecies. We take a look at a few and focus on the one that shows us that God’s perfect gift was Himself in all of His fullness.”
